Terms and conditions
1. Definition
- "Exhibitors" are companies, co-ops and groups that have submitted applications to participate in the trade show.
- "KCTA Show" refer to the 6th "KCTA Exhibition and Conference 2008"
- Organizers allocate location based on the order of deposit receipt, size of the exhibit, performance form previous years, composition of the booth and the nature of the exhibit.
- If needed, the organizers can reallocate the booth location prior to the show opening. It is utterly a capability of organizers and, exhibitors are subject to those changes without any compensations required.
- All application and contract must be submitted to the organizers.
- Deposit(50% of the total booth fee) needs to received in a week after application submission.
- The balance(50% of the total booth fee + utility service fee) must be paid to KCTA by May 16, 2008)
- Installation of the booth and moving-out must be done according to the schedule set by the organizers.
- Exhibitors are liable and need to compensate the organizers for any loss caused by delay or damage of the exhibit space.
- Exhibitor must have all exhibit items insured during the exhibit period.
- The organizers will provide sufficient level of security to protect the right of the exhibitors and spectators, but liability for the loss of exhibit items ultimately falls onto the exhibitor.
- Participation fee includes floor space, security, cleaning of aisles, provision of information such as trade show directory and opening of the KCTA show.
- Exhibitors only display items, which is manifested on the application and contract, and the organizers can enforce restriction on exhibit items that do not match the nature of the KCTA show.
- Exhibitors also cannot make sales in the exhibition hall.
- In event that exhibitors disagree to use the space allocated, fail to pay the deposit or fail to comply with the regulations set by the organizers, the organizers can forfeit the application and participation fee will not be refunded.
- The organizers are not liable to compensate exhibitors in events that change the date or location is inevitable due to emergent situations of the state, natural disasters and other acts of God.
- The organizers may make amendments when deem necessary and exhibitors need to comply with such amendments set by organizer.
- KCTA 2008 secretary reserve the right to alter, add to, or amend any of these conditions.
Contentions between exhibits and the organizers will be mediated Korea commercial arbitration Board and resolution has binding power both parties. - We have read all the above Terms & Conditions of this form and we undertake to observe and to be bound by them.
